S911 S912 Transmission Gear, Spare Parts NO. SJ22

I like GP-TOYS products, but support, order fulfillment and time to delivery (at least on this order), was sub-par.

I placed an order for spare parts on GP-TOYS website on 02/28/2024.
By 04/02/2024 I still had no word on shipment, so I emailed support.
Customer support never responded.
On 04/24/2004 I finally received the order - 57 days from date of order.
After all that, one of the items was wrong, didn't fit the rv-truck.

So, no response form customer support, late delivery, wrong item on one of the items ordered.

GP-TOYS address is in N.Y., the parts I got came from Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Did they have to track down a reseller that had the items I needed? If so, it may be better to find a reseller that has what you need in-stock rather than order direct from GP-TOYS website.

After waiting 57 days, one of the parts was still wrong...it may be better to 3D print it rather than wait another 2 months to *maybe* get it right.

Trucks up and running fast like new again.,Fantastic.
